1 Locate the fault:

Our skilled engineers utilise the latest fault-finding equipment to accurately and efficiently identify the source of the fault.

2 Access the fault:

Once the source of the problem has been found, we will then remove the appropriate section of flooring to gain access to it. We are able to safely and carefully remove: carpet, tiles, underlay and wood. We only remove a small section to access the area that needs fixing, and drilling holes may be necessary - our team will be sure to keep you informed!

3 Fix the Fault:

Our engineers can now get to work to fix the fault promptly, working with safety in mind at all times, and using the most appropriate and advanced equipment available. The length of this stage will vary depending on the nature of the fault, but our team will endeavour to work as efficiently and professionally as possible, making sure to provide a full report of all the work carried out.

4 Retest the system:

Once we’ve dealt with the problem, we’ll perform a thorough test of the system to make sure that everything is back to safe working order. If for any reason it isn’t, we’ll get right back to fixing the problem until it has been resolved to our high standards.

5 Clean up:

With the job done, our courteous team will clean up after themselves, leaving no mess. You then just need to replace the floor covering and your good to go!
